1. For my food I brought in muffins and coffee from Starbucks. I brought the props of a metal mug , a fork, and I used Mrs. Moncure's blue tablecloth. I also picked some flowers from a bush in school.
2.I learned from the video that the background has a big effect on the outcome of your picture, you want the background to coincide with your food subject, some photographers use different ingredients as a substitute, and props can help make a photo more visually pleasing. 3. To make my photograph similar, I brought in the flowers so that the muffin and the mug wouldn't make the picture bland. By adding the flower it makes the picture more vibrant. I also positioned my food in a way that other photographers do. 4. I learned that in the case of food photography too much light can drown your picture out, making the food not look pleasing. 5. Food industries such as McDonald's, restaurants, and chef magazines, are all careers that involve food photography. 6. I believe I succeeded in creating an image in which all subjects of the photo blended together to one. The coffee, the muffin, the fork, and flowers all appeared to fit together in a way in which neither over powered the other.
